Keeping your Sanity

You don’t show or prove you are strong by exposing yourself again to the same triggers or roots of what you have been delivered from. (Prov 22:3)

You don’t owe it to anyone to prove that you are strong enough to handle anything. What you need is your inner peace. Don’t fall into the trap of trying to show enemies or even friends that they have nothing on you. You don’t need that.

If God has given you the grace yo have a peaceful and restful life, then guard that jealously.

If anyone cares for you, they will seek your wellbeing. You have the primary responsibility of caring for yourself. As the verse points out, when you hide from things that do not augur well for you, you are prudent not weak.

Cherish your heart and guard it with all diligence.

Cheers,

TS
