Let’s talk about facing our fears.
We all go through fearful situations at one time or the other. But to continually live in a state of fear or anxiety does not do well for our mental health.
Most fears and anxiety are based on irrational beliefs. We need to identify these, confront them and replace them with positive and productive thoughts.
