Winning over worrying….

Winning over worrying…… πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ(Phil 4 :6)

Two people may be in similar situations, but each person’s approach will determine the outcomes. It’s easy to be pessimistic in a challenging situation but that will not take you forward.

Sometimes, people think holding pity parties will bring solutions. Not so, when others only pity you, they will only dig the pits deeper. People feeling sorry for you is not the same as people helping you. Don’t get it mixed up. However, sometimes help will come in a very uncomfortable package, but what you should watch out for is its intention and proposed results.

God wants us to have faith. He pays no attention to faithlessness. This does not mean He is not concerned about our situation, but He is not worried about it either. And so, in a challenging situation, the way out is never on focusing on the problem.

Place your attention on what you desire and feed your mind with possibilities of it occurring. God watches over His Word. Get the word that fits your desire. Keep an atmosphere of positive energy even when you don’t feel like it. And know that even when you feel weak, you are not judged but justified as long as you keep believing for good.

Remember, being concerned is progressive and makes you think of possible solutions, and this can be energizing. However, worrying is regressive and focuses on different negative outcomes, and this can be anxiety inducing. The object of your focus can make a lot of difference in the same challenging situation.
